I am a Congolese-born human rights and HIV/AIDS advocate, community leader, social entrepreneur and founder of INUWA International, now based in Trondheim, Norway.My work connects human rights, health, women and youth empowerment, leadership, education, entrepreneurship, agriculture and community development. Drawing on my lived experiences across Africa and Europe, I am committed to creating practical opportunities that strengthen dignity, inclusion, resilience and sustainable change.

MY WORK
My work brings together human rights, HIV and health advocacy, women and youth empowerment, leadership, education, entrepreneurship, agriculture and community development. I focus on practical, community-led solutions that strengthen dignity, opportunity and long-term resilience.
MY PRIORITIES
AREAS OF FOCUS
I believe the measure of progress is not simply what societies achieve, but who is included in that progress, whose dignity is protected, whose voice is heard, and who is still being left behind. Human rights, health, education and economic opportunity are not separate ambitions; they are part of the same promise that every person should have the freedom and opportunity to live with dignity and participate fully in shaping their own future.My work therefore sits at the intersection of human rights, HIV and health advocacy, women and youth empowerment, leadership, education, entrepreneurship, agriculture and community development. These issues are deeply connected. Poverty can limit access to education. Inequality can determine who receives healthcare. Discrimination can silence voices that should be shaping policy. And when people are excluded from economic opportunity, their ability to exercise their rights is weakened.I believe meaningful development must go beyond responding to immediate needs. It must confront the structures that create exclusion, strengthen the capacity of communities to lead, and create opportunities that can endure beyond a single project or generation.Through advocacy, leadership, partnership and community-based action, my aim is to help build a future in which dignity is not a privilege, opportunity is not determined by circumstance, and those most affected by our greatest challenges are recognised not merely as beneficiaries, but as leaders, decision-makers and architects of change.

INUWA International grew from a conviction that lasting development must begin with dignity, opportunity and the participation of the people most affected by the challenges we seek to address. I founded INUWA to help turn advocacy into practical action connecting human rights, health, education, women and youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, agriculture and community development.Our vision goes beyond delivering projects. We seek to strengthen people and communities so they can build knowledge, exercise their rights, create opportunities and shape solutions that endure. Through local leadership, responsible partnerships and sustainable approaches, INUWA International works toward a future where communities are not merely recipients of development, but active partners and leaders in creating it.
GLOBAL ENGAGEMENT
ADVOCACY & LEADERSHIP
My advocacy is grounded in a simple conviction: the people most affected by injustice must have a meaningful place in the conversations, institutions and decisions that shape their lives.I engage in spaces where health, human rights, development and public policy meet, bringing community realities into wider conversations about equality, dignity and social progress. For me, advocacy is not only about being present at the table; it is about questioning whose voices are missing, challenging systems that reproduce inequality, and helping create conditions in which communities can speak and act for themselves.Through conferences, public speaking, dialogue, partnerships and international engagement, I seek to connect lived experience with policy, local knowledge with global action, and advocacy with practical solutions. Leadership, in this sense, is not simply a positionit is a responsibility to use one's voice, access and influence in service of something larger than oneself.
